Product Upload Specialist

In connection with the development of our new online store, we are looking for an organized and responsible person for the position:
PRODUCT UPLOAD SPECIALIST
The position is temporary and is suitable for both students and candidates interested in e-commerce, marketing, content, and product work.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation and publication of products on the company's new website;
• Creation and editing of product descriptions and texts;
• Basic image correction and resizing operations for publication;
• Organization and structuring of product information by categories and characteristics;
• Verification of published content for correctness and spelling;
• Work with internal databases, files and catalogs;
• Maintaining high quality and consistent standards in product presentation.

Main requirements:

• Excellent computer literacy and keyboard typing skills;
• Very good written Bulgarian language and spelling;
• Organization, attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, web preparation);
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• English language proficiency is an advantage;
• Experience with e-commerce stores, CMS systems, Photoshop or similar programs is an advantage, but not required.

Warehouse, Office and Operational Activities Assistant

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position:
WAREHOUSE, OFFICE AND OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT
for full-time work in the company's office.

Main responsibilities:

• Care for the assortment and presentation of Simetro books products;
• Work with goods and documents in the company, organizing and managing daily processes with partners and products;
• Prepares and organizes orders and goods for customers and business partners of the company;
• Monitors the implementation of company standards when working with products and the company's partners;
• Work and communication with couriers.

Main requirements:

• Organization and responsibility;
• Dexterity and precision for hands-on work;
• English language proficiency is an advantage;
• Computer literacy;
• Experience in a similar position, picker experience, product handling experience is an advantage;
• Completed secondary education and spelling and numerical skills.

The company team is small. The work is diverse and is suitable for candidates who have a desire to learn and apply new technologies and standards in line with our changing world.
The job is suitable for students and for people without completed qualifications yet.

Sales Representative

What will you do?

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Actively search for and attract new customers in Bulgaria
  • Build partnerships with international customers and distributors
  • Present and advise customers on our product portfolio
  • Conduct meetings, presentations and business negotiations
  • Negotiate new product listings and stocking in retail outlets
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and new development opportunities
  • Participate in exhibitions, business meetings and events as needed

You are suitable for this position if:

  • You enjoy communication and working with people
  • You have commercial sense and a desire to achieve results
  • You can conduct negotiations and persuade
  • You work in an organized and independent manner
  • You speak English at a good working level
  • A second foreign language is an advantage
  • You have a driver's license and are ready for travel
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the printing industry, publishing activities or gift product trading is an advantage
